The unbranded sell sheet features five text fields where you may enter your own information prior to printing. Highlighted in green to the left, they are labeled: Company Name, Address, Phone/Fax, Website & Price. Plus a space to type a short message of your choice (not pictured).
Open the Word document in MS Word and fill in the preformatted fields. If you choose to leave any field blank, simply type empty spaces in that field. Alternatively, you may leave all spaces blank and affix a business card to the top of the sheet.
You may now print this file from your desktop.
To email as a PDF:
- Save the edited Word doc to your hard drive.
- Go to www.pdfonline.com
- Upload the saved sell sheet from your hard drive. (step one)
- Enter a name for the PDF file. Example: throws_sell_sheet.pdf (step two)
- Enter your email address.
- Hit "Convert to PDF"
- After a moment the PDF file will be emailed to the address you entered above. The original Word doc still resides on your hard drive.
- From your email program, you may save the PDF and add to any email message as you would any attachment!
