How do I place an order?
You can fax your order to 631-425-2365. Call us toll-free at 1-800-295-6652 (EST) if you have any questions before placing your order.
What are FleecePro's payment terms?
We offer net 60-day terms (subject to CIT credit approval). We also accept Visa, MasterCard, certified check, or money order.
Do I have to purchase in case packed quantities?
Since our merchandise is publicly warehoused, purchasing in case lots only allows us to offer you the most competitive pricing possible. We also keep a limited amount of stock in our office if a couple of extra pieces are needed to fulfill an order .
Does FleecePro ship blind and drop ship?
Yes, to keep our identity hidden from your customers we ship blind and do not enclose packing slips. Per your request, we can ship directly to your customer at no extra charge.
Does FleecePro provide embroidery services?
We do not provide embroidery services for in-stock purchases. Embroidery and screen printing are offered on custom orders done overseas. Minimums apply.
Is FleecePro affiliated with ASI, PPAI or any other organizations?
We are not affiliated with any of these organizations. We are solely importers and manufacturers who sell directly to ASI and PPAI suppliers.
Once my order is placed, how long does it take to ship?
Most orders can ship same day or next day – depending on the time your order is placed and pending credit approval. If you do not have credit terms set up with us we accept MasterCard and Visa.
How is the product shipped?
Our standard method of shipping is UPS ground service but you may request expedited service or provide us with another carrier (including trucking for large orders). All we would need is your account (or your customer's account).
How will I know my product has shipped?
You will be provided with tracking information via email or fax within 24 hours of shipment.
Does FleecePro take returns and if so is there a restocking fee?
We stand behind our merchandise 100% and will accept returns on any damaged goods that have not been embellished. There is a $5.00 / carton restocking fee for cancelled orders.
How do I obtain a product catalog?
To obtain our current product information kit, call us. You may also download our “printer friendly” info kit directly from our website.
How do I check stock levels?
Although we carry a multi-million dollar inventory there are rare occasions that we run out of a color. If we are out of stock we do our best to notify you through our “Inventory Alert” e-mail. Of course, you may call us to check inventory at anytime.
Where are the prices?
Prices are only available to our network of resellers. As a visitor, you may view merchandise and read product descriptions, but you must receive prices from one of our resellers.
